About the Beach Walk and Talk

This is a free meet-up for small business owners, entrepreneurs and people working from home who want to get out into the fresh air to discuss their challenges, discover new ideas and get support from their peers.

This isn't a sales or network marketing group. Instead, we encourage people to delve into everything that goes into running a successful business.

How It Works

In small groups, we walk along the promenade, discussing our sticking points and offering ideas and advice from our own experience.

Collaboratively, we aim to drive small businesses forward, enjoy the seafront and make new friends!

When and Where

We meet on the last Friday of every month outside Urban Reef at 9:30am. If the weather’s bad we’ll head inside Urban Reef and grab a table.

Our walk takes us from Urban Reef to the Fisherman’s Walk zigzag and back, and usually takes about an hour. Afterwards, some of us grab a coffee.

Children are welcome, as are dogs — as long as you clean up after them!
